Week 32: Test your AI knowledge
The NCSC's four-part summer series demonstrated just how capable today's AI models are, and how scammers are already using AI. Now it's your turn. Test your knowledge and see whether you can tell real photos from AI-generated images.
Look at the three images in each of the categories “Streets”, “Landscapes ”and “People ”and see if you can spot anything that doesn't quite add up. Look for typical tell-tale signs to help you identify which image is a real photo and which were generated using AI. At the end of each category, select which images you think are real and which you think are AI-generated. Click Check to find out if you are right. You will also see an explanation of the tell-tale features that suggest an image was generated using AI. Bear in mind that more than one image in each category may be AI-generated.
