New NCSC website
More modern and user-friendly: The NCSC website now features the Federal Administration’s new corporate design. While the familiar content and the basic navigation have been retained, greater prominence is now given to key information on protection against cyber incidents and the correct course of action in an emergency.
The NCSC website has a new look, making it more modern and user-friendly and bringing it into line with the Federal Administration’s new corporate design. The update is part of a wider project to modernise the Federal Administration’s websites, due to be completed by mid-2026. Much of the NCSC website will remain familiar to you, including the content and basic navigation. However, we have taken this opportunity to further develop the website and organise the information more clearly by topic. In particular, information on how to protect yourself against cyber incidents and what to do if one occurs is now more prominent and easier to find.
What has changed
Since 20 August 2026, all the URLs on our website have changed. Existing links will generally continue to work, as the old addresses automatically redirect to the new content. However, these redirects will not be available indefinitely.
What you need to do
Check whether you have any links in your favourites or on your website that lead to the NCSC website, and update them accordingly.
What hasn’t changed
Short URLs that have already been created, which link to longer URLs and lead directly to topic-related information, remain valid.
